Independent residential advisory • Greater Boston
Make the right HVAC / heat-pump decision before you sign.
Boston HVAC upgrades can cost $25k–$60k+. I provide objective, homeowner-first guidance—quote reviews, comfort diagnostics, and retrofit strategy—so you can avoid oversizing, scope gaps, and expensive surprises.
Most common mistakes I prevent
- Oversized equipment → short cycling, noise, humidity issues
- Missing returns / poor airflow → hot/cold rooms
- Vague scope → change orders and delays
- Wrong heat-pump strategy → comfort risk on design days
- Controls/zoning confusion → systems that fight each other
Good to know: I’m not a contractor and I don’t install equipment. This is independent advisory to help you pick the right approach and ask the right questions.
